KNUST has benefited from forty three projects since the inception of the Teaching and Learning Innovation Fund, TALIF. Nineteen out of this are regular projects whose proposed total costs range between twenty thousand and two hundred thousand United States Dollars. The WASHCost Project is an action research project focusing and developing approaches that quantify the life cycle cost of delivering safe water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) services in the rural and peri-urban areas in the country and put the knowledge to use.
