The Finance Directorate coordinates Financial Administration Function of the University, operating under the Vice-Chancellor. It provides strategic financial leadership and support for policy implementation in line with best practices to enhance service delivery.
The Director of finance heads the directorate as the Chief Financial Advisor and oversees the University’s financial management systems and ensures the proper interpretation and implementation of financial policies, regulations, and procedures.
We serve as the nerve centre of financial stewardship at KNUST, translating policy into disciplined practice across eleven specialised sections.
