Welcome to the KNUST Wellness Centre.

The centre provides an individualised health, diet and exercise programme to help you to achieve and maintain optimum health. Depending on your needs a unique combination of services can be provided such as consultations with our highly trained and experienced team of professionals, including a doctor, exercise physiologist, fitness trainer, and dietician. You may be advised to have laboratory tests and an electrocardiogram (ECG) before your fitness program. Throughout your program you will have the benefit of regular individual support by a team of graduates who will monitor your health and progress.   For more information or an appointment call: 0508 244 001.
Our Team:

Our team of professionals include an experienced medical doctor, a dietician, an exercise physiologist, graduate nutritionists, and fitness instructor.
Facilities:

Facilities available at the centre include a gym, an indoor aerobic centre, outdoor aerobic area, squash courts, table tennis room, physiotherapy room, mini bar, and counselling rooms for medical, fitness and dietary care. Laboratory analyses are available at the Clinical Analysis laboratory of the Centre.
Location:

The KNUST Wellness Centre is located at The Hale and Hearty Sports centre next to the KNUST swimming pool.
Opening Times:

The centre is open daily from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.
