Shortlisted Applicants for School of Medical Sciences and School of Dentistry Entrance Examination and Interviews 2026/2027 Academic Year

The School of Medical Sciences (SMS) and the School of Dentistry (SoD) of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) wish to inform all applicants to check and verify their names on the shortlist of applicants before making arrangement for the Entrance Examination and Interviews for admission into the BSc. Human Biology (Medicine), MB.CH.B and BSc. BDS. (Dental Surgery) programmes.

Examination Format

Applicants will write 100 multiple-choice questions covering: 

  • Biology 
  • Chemistry 
  • Physics 
  • Mathematics 
  • Verbal/Quantitative Reasoning

 

Items to Bring to The Examination Venue

  • Two (2) HB Pencils
  • Two (2) Pens
  • One (1) Eraser
  • One (1) Scientific Calculator
  • National ID (e.g., Ghana Card)
  • Two (2) Passport-Sized Photographs

 

Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed in the exam hall and interview areas:

  • Mobile Phones
  • Smart Wristwatches

Any breach of this directive will result in automatic disqualification.

Reservations can be made at GUSSS Hostels (Brunei) at GHC 20.00 per bed per night.
