International Conference on Frontiers in Cyber Security, 2022

Call for Papers

The fifth (5th) International Conference on Frontiers in Cyber Security (FCS 2022) will be held in Kumasi, Ghana from December 13 to December 15, 2022, organised by the Department of Computer Science, KNUST and the Center for Cyber Security, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC).

Unlike other related conferences in the field of cyber security, our conference is focused on providing the platform for researchers and industry practitioners in Cyber security globally and more specifically in Africa, to present their unique findings and make significant contribution to the science of information security. New cyber security technologies are emerging. Many universities and institutions have set up the research center or school for cyber security. Both government and enterprises are strongly supporting teaching and research in the cyber security. However, how to carry out research and education in cyber security is still a challenge for many. How to run the center for cyber security is also worth exploring since new center usually involves many departments. The FCS conference provides a good platform for researchers and practitioners in Africa to exchange the latest research results in cyber security and management experience in operating such a center.

We plan to publish all conference proceedings in the Springer Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) which is indexed by Scopus and EI.
