The Graduation Ceremonies for the Ministry of Health Training Institutions will be held from Monday 8th to Saturday, 13th  December, 2025 at the Great Hall of the University.

GRADUANDS are required to pay a graduation fee of GH₵600.00 at any of the following Banks: ABSA BANK, CAL BANK, CBG, ECOBANK, FIDELITY BANK GHANA, GCB BANK, GT BANK, REPUBLIC BANK, STANBIC BANK, STANDARD CHARTERED BANK, UBA AND ZENITH BANK, OMNIBSIC BANK.

The graduation fee covers Congregation Publications, Graduation Medal, Certificate Holders, University Souvenirs, Graduation Photographs, Accommodation, and Administrative Costs.

Graduands are required to provide the following information at the Bank:

• All graduands are required to report to their respective halls a day before the graduation and submit their pay-in-slip for their academic gowns and souvenirs.
• Graduands must be seated 45 minutes before the start of the ceremony.
• NO GRADUAND WILL BE ADMITTED INTO THE  GREAT HALL WHEN THE CEREMONY BEGINS.
• Attire is FORMAL

Collection of Certificates

Those who are unable to attend the graduation ceremony should visit the Examinations Office at the Casley Hayford Building, KNUST for their certificates and souvenirs.
