KNUST School of Business: Admission of Candidates to Higher Degree Programmes for 2022/2023 Academic Year

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission to the following one (1) year higher degree programmes in the Department of Supply Chain and Information Systems at the KNUST-School of Business.

Master of Science Health Supply Chain Management

Admission Requirement: Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree (BA or BSc) or its equivalent from a recognised institution in relevant field of study. Preference would be given to candidates with First-Class or Second-Class Division from a recognised university or institution of higher learning in the following fields: Logistics and supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, Public Health, or other health related degrees.

Master of Science Agricultural Supply Chain Management

Admission Requirement: Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree (both BAs and BSCs) or equivalent from a recognized institution in relevant field of study. Preference will be given to applicants with first-class or Second-class division from a recognised university or institution of higher learning in the following fields: agri-business, agricultural Science, agricultural engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and all other management and related agriculture degrees.

NB: Candidates will be required to pass an interview.

Master of Science Pharmaceutical Logistics and Supply Chain Management

Admission Requirement: Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree (BSCs) or its equivalent from a recognized institution in relevant field of study. Preference will be given to applicants with first-class or Second-class division from a recognised university or institution of higher learning in the following fields: Pharmacy and related health degrees.

NB: Candidates with Third Class or Pass would be required to have a minimum of five years post qualification experience and also pass an interview.

Mode of Application

Sale of E-Vouchers for admission is in progress.

Prospective applicants should purchase an e-Voucher containing Login ID/Serial Number and PIN for GHȼ280.00 at the following banks: GCB Bank, Consolidated Bank Ghana (CBG) or Ecobank or dial *447*160# on any network and follow the prompts.

Candidates should then proceed to the online admissions portal: (HERE!) and begin the application process.

Once the process is completed, candidates MUST PRINT OUT TWO (2) COPIES of the completed application form from the portal and submit them (by post) to the School of Graduate Studies together with all relevant documents (Photocopies of Certificates, two (2) Recommendation Letters/ Confidential Reports, Statement of Purpose, and [Transcript for those whose qualification used for the application was not obtained from KNUST]) to the following address:

Any hand delivered application shall not be processed. Deadline for sale of forms and completion of online application is 31st December, 2022.

Only candidates who successfully gain admission shall be notified subsequently.

NB:  All International Applicants are to generate Login ID/Serial Number and PIN for the online application using the link: (HERE!)

NB: All Candidates from non-Anglophone countries must have an internationally recognised Certificate of Proficiency in the English Language (TOEFL or British Council, IELTS) with above average score or be available to attend a three (3) months English language course at the KNUST-Department of English.
