The Students with Disability Association at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) has donated GHS6,000 to support tuition payments for students in financial need.

Speaking on behalf of the association, thanked the Directorate of Student Affairs (DoSA) for its ongoing support for students with disabilities. He said the donation formed part of the association’s efforts to give back to the university community.
“On behalf of the association, we want to extend our gratitude for the support we’ve received from DoSA. As part of our capstone project, we decided to give back by supporting students who are struggling to pay their fees,” Dzramado said.
Mrs. Theodora Oduro, Senior Assistant Registrar at DoSA, said the funds would help students with outstanding balances avoid deferment ahead of the upcoming examinations.
Deputy Director of DoSA, Prof. Samuel Amos-Abanyie, commended the group for its generosity.
“It is heartwarming that, as students with disabilities, you have chosen to share the support you receive with other students. We are very grateful,” he said.
