The Wellness Centre of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology has organised Health Walk & Aerobics session for staff of the Registrar’s Offices, Finance Office, and the Main Library to promote fitness and well-being.

The Wellness Committee Chair at the Prempeh II Library, Mr Emmanuel Baiden underscored the importance of the exercise: "Most of the time, we spend long hours in the office, which adds to stress and increases the risk of illnesses. The Wellness Centre introduced this initiative to help relieve stress and build strength. As the saying goes, ‘A healthy body is a productive body.’ If you don’t prioritise your health, you won’t be able to maximise productivity."
Mrs. Gladys Abla Addai, a Senior Assistant Registrar, shared her motivation for participating in the exercise: "We spend a lot of time sitting, and without exercise, we risk falling ill. That’s why I decided to join because, as the saying goes, ‘Health is life.’"
