Computer Engineering lecturer, Dr. Eric Tutu Tchao has been appointed to the Editorial Board of Scientific Reports, one of the world’s leading open-access journals.

Scientific Reports, part of the renowned Springer Nature portfolio, is currently ranked as the 5th most-cited journal globally.

The appointment is a recognition of the Director’s outstanding research contributions in the domains of Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and Blockchain technologies.

This appointment reflects the growing impact of DIPPER Lab’s work at the intersection of frontier technologies and is expected to further elevate the quality of research and peer review in these rapidly evolving fields.

As an Editorial Board member, Dr. Tutu Tchao who is also the Scientific Director  of The Distributed IoT Platforms, Privacy, and Edge-Intelligence Research (DIPPER) Lab will play a key role in shaping the scholarly discourse and ensuring the publication of high-quality, impactful research in Scientific Reports.
