As part of the University’s Strategic Mandate to disseminate knowledge and foster relationships with its publics, Management of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), has inaugurated the KNUST Media Management Board. The inauguration which took place at the Council Chamber was held on 20th July, 2020.
Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in collaboration with Arizona State University (ASU) have won an award of 15 Million United States Dollars from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
The Management of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, has commissioned the second phase of the Moree Campus on 16th July, 2020. The campus which cost the University fifty million Ghana Cedis (GHC 50,000,000.00) to construct, is located at the beautiful coastal line of Moree, Central Region of Ghana.
Professor Charles Ofosu Marfo has been appointed Provost of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences (CoHSS) of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), with effect from 1st August, 2020. He is currently the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Head of the Department of Language and Communication Sciences.
Professor Ben Kwaku Branoh Banful has been appointed Provost of the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources (CANR) of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), effective 1st August, 2020. He is currently the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture of CANR.
Professor Christian Agyare has been appointed Provost of the College of Health Sciences of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). His appointment takes effect from 1st August, 2020. He is currently the Head of Quality Assurance and Planning Unit and Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
The Management of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, has inaugurated a six-member KNUST Foundation Management Board. The inauguration which took place at the Amonoo Neizer Conference Centre on July 7, 2020, aimed at entrusting the Management Board, the mandate to raise the needed revenue for the infrastructural development of the University.
Multimedia Group Limited (MGL) and the College of Health Sciences (CoHS) of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU).
