As part of efforts to deepen the capacity of Nursing and Midwifery Training Colleges (NMTCs), the College of Health Science (CoHS) through the initiative of the Provost is looking at possible ways to train the Principals of NMTCs to earn terminal degrees (PhD).
The Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology (UNIST) South Korea in collaboration with the College of Engineering has worked on four innovative projects over a three-week period. The exchange programme was under the ICT World Volunteers programme sponsored by the Korean Government.

The event saw retirees with their families and executive members of the Association socialising in addition to being treated to good food and music.
Professor Kwasi Obiri Danso, the Vice Chancellor, together with some members of management of the University have inaugurated two trucks to service the university community. The vehicles are; an Aerial Truck and a Skip Loader which cost GH¢833,110.23 and GH¢1,109,627.63 respectively.
