It also entitled them to all the privileges accorded students of this great institution as well as binding them to all the responsibilities attached to their new status as proud students of KNUST.
In his speech, the Vice-Chancellor of KNUST, Professor William Otto Ellis said that as part of the continuous effort of the university to reform its systems and standards in order to provide service in an efficient and effective manner to the satisfaction of clients, the various activities in the university were undergoing serious reforms. In an attempt to make science and technology education more accessible, the university would continue to explore opportunities to help bring education to the doorsteps of clients.
On behalf of the Governing Council, the teaching and non-teaching staff of the University, he warmly congratulated all the students who gained admission and prayed that the good Lord would bless everything they did.
