Held under the theme “From Vision to Venture: Women Leading Health Innovation”, the convening is designed to amplify the voices, leadership and innovations of African women in STEM and health innovation.

The event will bring together young women leaders, researchers, entrepreneurs, students, innovators, health professionals and ecosystem partners committed to shaping a healthier and more equitable Africa.

The convening seeks to:

  • Foster collaboration among women in STEM and health sectors across Africa
  • Promote innovative, community-driven health solutions
  • Strengthen entrepreneurship and leadership pathways for women innovators
  • Create opportunities for mentorship, networking and knowledge exchange
  • Inspire the next generation of women leaders in health innovation

Participants can expect engaging panel discussions, innovation showcases, networking sessions, collaborative workshops and conversations focused on advancing inclusive and sustainable healthcare solutions across the continent.

In line with the convening’s commitment to wellness, inclusion and accessibility, a dedicated quiet and reflection space will be available throughout the event for participants who may need a moment to pause, reflect, pray or decompress in a calm and supportive environment.

The Africa Health Collaborative invites members of its community and partners across Africa to participate in this impactful convening aimed at championing women-led innovation and strengthening pathways for transformative health solutions.

Together, we move from vision to venture — advancing women-led health innovation for Africa’s future.
