The Chief Executive Officer of Multinec Enterprise Mr. Isaac Gyeku has donated 10 brand-new Lenovo laptops to the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi in support of the “Support One Needy Student with One Laptop” (SONSOL) initiative. 

In addition to the laptops, Mr Gyeku made separate cash donations of GHS10,000 to support the 2025 KNUST Summer School and GHS5,000 towards the 3rd edition of the Vice-Chancellor’s Students’ Excellence Awards (VCSEA).

The gesture was made during a brief presentation ceremony with the Vice-Chancellor.

The SONSOL Project, an initiative led by the Vice-Chancellor Professor (Mrs.) Rita Akosua Dickson, provides learning tools such as laptops to needy but brilliant students to facilitate their academic work. 

Receiving the donations, the Vice-Chancellor expressed deep appreciation to Mr Gyeku for the kind generosity. 

She commended the CEO for his consistent and continuous support to KNUST and encouraged other organisations and individuals to contribute towards this noble cause.
