Call for Applications for the Educational Pathways International (EPI) Scholarship for the 2025/2026 Academic Year

The Educational Pathways International (EPI) is a foundation that offers a Four-year Scholarship to Brilliant but Needy Students to enable them to pursue their University Education in their respective Countries. 

Eligibility

The Scholarship is open to all Ghanaian students in their 1st & 2nd years, who are Brilliant but Needy Students of KNUST and are pursuing full-time REGULAR programmes.

Requirements

The minimum grade for prospective continuing student applicants must be at least a Second Class Upper (CWA of 67 and above). First-year applicants should have a WASSCE result with aggregate Ten (10) or better.

All prospective applicants are to include the following documents in their applications:

  • Admission Letter
  • WASSCE Results
  • High School Transcripts (Terminal Reports)
  • Complete University Transcript or Endorsed Result Slips (for second year students) 
  • At least two recommendation letters
  • Other awards or certificates (if any).

Three Separate Essays

  • The EPI Scholarship is designed for students who are gifted and from families with great financial need. Please describe why you feel you qualify for this scholarship.
  • Describe your academic and career goals. What drew you to this field of study?
  • How will your University Education enable you to contribute to the growth of Ghana?

Beneficiaries of other scholarships above GHȻ 1,500.00 are not eligible to apply.

All applicants must complete the online registration before submitting the required documents via (HERE!)

Please Note

  • All documents must be in a sealed envelope with the Applicant’s name, programme of study and phone number boldly written on it.
  • Submission of documents should be done at the Students Support and Financial Services (Room 19) at the Directorate of Student Affairs, J Harper Building.
  • Any write-up should be typed in the font Times New Roman, font size 12 and double-spaced. 
  • No Application will be accepted after the deadline.
  • Only shortlisted applicants will be called for an interview.

Closing Date for Submission

Applications are to be submitted on or before Friday, 30th January, 2026 for both the continuing and fresh students.
