2023 Virtual Graduation Ceremonies for Ministry of Health Training Institutions
The Graduation Ceremonies (Virtual) for the Ministry of Health Training Institutions will be held on Thursday, 9th to Saturday, 11th February, 2023.
GRADUANDS are required to pay a graduation fee of Two Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis (GHGH¢250.00) at any of the following Banks: Ecobank, GCB Bank, UBA, Stanbic Bank, Cal Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Republic Bank, Absa Bank, and CBG.
Deadline for payment is 31st January, 2023.
The Graduation fee covers Brochure, Certificate and Certificate Holders, Souvenirs and Administrative cost.
Graduands are to provide the following information at the Bank:
- Name
- Institution
- Programme of Study
- Student Reference No.
- Telephone Number
- Email Address
Procedure for Registration
Graduands who wish to be presented for the virtual ceremony will be required to upload a decent portrait picture (in professional wear) using the students’ portal (apps.knust.edu.gh/students). Deadline for picture upload is Wednesday, 1st February, 2023.
Graduation Schedule
Collection of Certificates and Souvenirs
Graduates are to collect their certificates and souvenirs at the Great Hall Foyer from Wednesday, 1st to Wednesday, 15th March, 2023. Those who are unable to come during this period should visit the Examinations Office at the Casley-Hayford Building for their certificates and souvenirs.
The University will mount Photo booths at the Parade Grounds, adjacent the Prempeh II Library (Main Library) from Wednesday, 1st to Wednesday, 15th March, 2023, for interested graduates to take their Graduation photographs.
