Freda Kingful Abraham Cudjoe, Chief Executive Officer of Impakers Creative Hub and an alumna of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), has been named the Most Outstanding Personality in Press, Printing, and Publishing at the 9th Ghana Forty Under 40 Awards.
Ms. Cudjoe, who graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Settlement Planning, was recognized for her significant contributions to Ghana’s printing, packaging, and branding industry.
Her company, Impakers Creative Hub, began as a home-based venture and has since grown into a leading creative agency renowned for its full-service offerings and dedication to quality.
Today, the firm serves both local and international clients, specializing in branding, corporate and personalized gifts, as well as creative design and packaging. Cudjoe noted that the recognition validates her innovative approach to creative excellence and resilience.
“This honor validates our innovative approach to creative excellence and resilience,” she said in her acceptance speech.
She also expressed gratitude to those who have supported her entrepreneurial journey. “This is a glorious win for everyone who believed and believes in the Impakers dream and vision,” she added.
Beyond entrepreneurship, Cudjoe is a certified land use planner and procurement professional. She has leveraged her background to bring structure and innovation into the creative events industry.
She is also a member of the Ghana Institute of Planners, the Commonwealth Association of Planners, and an associate fellow of the African Women’s Leadership Academy. Under her leadership, Impakers Creative Hub has worked with global organizations, including the World Bank, and has extended its client reach to countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, the Netherlands, Germany, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, and Togo.
