The Ecclesiastical Enclave of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) was alive with song, prayer, and procession on Sunday as Sunday as the Anglican, Presbyterian, and Catholic chaplaincies celebrated Palm Sunday, marking the beginning of Holy Week in the Christian calendar.
Dressed in vibrant garments and waving palm branches, students and chaplaincy members gathered to commemorate Jesus Christ’s triumphant entry into Jerusalem.
Singing and brass band music accompanied the Catholic Chaplaincy procession, uniting worshippers in a shared expression of faith and reflection.
They also led prayers and reflections during the event, highlighting the themes of sacrifice, love, and hope that define the Easter season.
