The University, on behalf of the College of Science, signed a tenancy agreement with Obaapa Rose Restaurant on the 21st of April 2011, for the operation of a restaurant in the College of Science. The Pro Vice-Chancellor, Professor Peter Donkor signed on behalf of the University while Madam Rosemary Sackey signed for Obaapa Restaurant.

The signing of the agreement was witnessed by the Provost of the College, Professor R.K Nkum and the immediate past Provost, Professor Aboagye Menyeh. Also present at the brief ceremony were the Ag. College Registrar, the Ag. College Accountant and representatives of Madam Rosemary Sackey.
