Dr. Marian Bokor, an alumna of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi (KNUST), has won two awards at the 2026 Forty Under 40 Awards Ghana.

Dr. Bokor was named Outstanding Personality in the Consultancy Category and also received the People’s Choice Award, presented to the nominee who received the highest number of public votes.

The awards were presented on September 12, 2026, at the Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City in Accra. The annual event recognises young professionals, entrepreneurs and business leaders for their achievements and contributions across various sectors.

Dr. Bokor is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Premier EL Consult, a business and management consultancy that supports businesses, entrepreneurs and institutions in strategy, leadership and organisational development.

Her areas of expertise include business transformation, strategic management, commercial excellence, sales capability development, leadership development and organisational performance.

She has also built nearly a decade of corporate experience at Nestlé Ghana, where she has served in various roles and currently works as Sales Performance Development Manager. Her work focuses on commercial capability development, distributor performance and sustainable business growth.

Dr. Bokor holds a PhD in Business and Management, obtained through the O. R. Tambo Scholarship Scheme, and an MBA in International Business, both from KNUST. She earned her Bachelor of Education degree with First Class Honours from the University of Cape Coast.

She maintains ties with KNUST as a part-time lecturer at the University’s Institute of Distance Learning.

Beyond her corporate and consultancy work, Dr. Bokor is involved in mentorship and leadership development, supporting emerging professionals through initiatives including the Kufuor Scholars Program, YALI West Africa and SHE Ascent Network.

Her leadership philosophy is built around what she describes as GRIT: Growth Mindset, Resilience, Intentionality and Teamwork, principles she applies to the development of people, organisations and businesses.

The Outstanding Personality in Consultancy award recognises her work in the consultancy sector, while the People’s Choice Award reflects the public support she received during the awards process.

The double recognition adds to Dr. Bokor’s growing professional profile and highlights the contribution of a KNUST alumna to business transformation, leadership development and organisational performance in Ghana.
