2010 SPECIAL CONGREGATION for POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS will be held on SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 27, 2010 at 1000 Hours at the Great Hall.

Graduands who will complete their Programmes of Study by the end of October, 2010 will be presented at the Ceremony. 

ALL GRADUANDS are expected to pay at any ECOBANK branch an amount of One Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢100) each to defray the cost of printing, processing of certificates, embossment and administration charges.  They should also leave the following information with the Bank:

REHEARSALS for all Graduands attending the Congregation would be held on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 26, 2010 at 15.30 HOURS

Graduands who fail to attend the Rehearsals will not be presented at the Congregation.

Graduands are advised to make their own Accommodation arrangements since the University does not provide accommodation for such Ceremonies.

PHOTOGRAPHS

A Professional Photographic Company has been assigned to take photographs of every student to be presented on the occasion.  No Photographer(s) would be allowed inside the Great Hall.

NOTE:    Any Photographer who wishes to mount a stand to operate on campus during the period must contact the University Photographer, Main University Library, for accreditation.  Any Photographer (mobile or stationery) found without accreditation would be barred from operating within the precincts of the Great Hall.

SPECIAL CONGREGATION THANKSGIVING SERVICE

A Congregation Thanksgiving Service would be held at the Great Hall on Sunday, November 28, 2010, from 0930 - 1030 Hours.
