The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science And Technology, Kumasi announces for the information of 2017 Graduands and the General Public that it would hold its 2017 Founders’ Day Special Congregation on Tuesday, 21st November and Friday, 24th November 2017.

GRADUANDS who completed their programmes of study in October, 2017 would be presented at the Ceremony. Additionally, those who took the re-sit examinations in August, 2017 and passed would also be presented. Accordingly, graduands who wish to be presented are requested to register and pay GH¢280.00 in CASH at any of the following banks: ECOBANK, GCB, UBA, CALBANK, HFC, BARCLAYS BANK, UNIBANK and GTB GHANA and present the Payment Slip at the GREAT HALL FOYER and collect their Academic Robes and other Graduation items. This amount covers Congregation Publications, Hiring of Academic Gowns, Official Photographs, Certificate Folders, University Souvenirs and Administrative Costs.
Graduands are required to provide the following information at the Bank:

• Name of Graduand

• Programme of Study

• Examination Index Number 

• Student ID Number 

• Graduand’s Contact Address

• Telephone / Cell phone Number

• Email Address

Those to be presented would be expected to be seated THIRTY (30) MINUTES before the commencement of each Programme in the Academic Dress appropriate to their Programme of Study or College and worn preferably over a suit/jacket or other suitable but decent dress.

Rehearsal

Graduands attending the Congregation would rehearse as follows:

Monday: 20th November, 2017 at 1500 Hours: For those attending on Tuesday, 21st November, 2017

Thursday: 23rd November, 2017 at 1700 Hours: For those attending on Friday, 24th November, 2017
