It is announced for the information of Members of Convocation that the office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor shall become vacant on September 30, 2018. The Vice-Chancellor has, in accordance with Statute 13(b) nominated the following persons for the position of a Pro Vice Chancellor of the University.

1. Professor Ben K. B. BANFUL, Department of Horticulture
2. Professor Rita Akosua DICKSON, Department of Pharmacognosy
3. Professor Charles MARFO, Department of Modern Languages

Accordingly, election of Pro Vice-Chancellor has been scheduled as follows;

Date; Thursday, September 20, 2018.

TIME; 0800 Hours

VENUE; Great Hall Foyer

Any Member of Convocation who may not be on campus but wishes to vote by PROXY shall PERSONALLY collect a Proxy Form from the Registrar’s Office. The completed Form shall be submitted to the Returning Officer (Registrar) not later than 1600 Hours, on September 18, 2018. Anybody nominated to vote as Proxy must come with a letter of Proxy Form, failing which the said proxy shall be deemed invalid. No proxies shall be given to any Candidate.

Please note that all categories of Part-Time/Adjunct Staff are ineligible to vote.
