The Graduation Ceremonies (Virtual) for the Ministry of Health Training Institutions will be held on Wednesday, 9th February, 2022, Thursday, 10th February, 2022, and Friday,11th February, 2022.

GRADUANDS are required to pay a graduation fee of TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY GHANA CEDIS (GH₵250.00) at any of the following Banks: ECOBANK, GCB, UBA, CAL BANK, REPUBLIC BANK, ABSA BANK, CBG, STANDARD CHARTERED  and STANBIC BANK.

Deadline for payment is Monday, 31st January, 2022.

The Graduation fee covers Brochure, Certificate and Certificate Holders, Souvenirs and Administrative cost.

Graduands are to provide the following information at the Bank:

• Name
• Institution
• Programme of Study
• Student Reference Number
• Telephone Number
• Email Address

Procedure for Registration

Students who wish to be presented for the virtual ceremony will be required to upload a decent portrait picture (in formal wear) using the students’portal (apps.knust.edu.gh/students). Deadline for picture upload is Monday, 31st January, 2022.

Collection of Certificates and Souvenirs:

Graduates are to collect their certificate and souvenirs at the Examinations Office (Caseley Hayford Building, KNUST) from Monday, 28th February, 2022.

The University would mount Photo booths at the Forecourt of Caseley Hayford Building from Monday, 28th February, 2022 to Friday, 11th March, 2022, for interested graduates to take their Graduation photographs.
