2021 Special Congregation (Virtual)
Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi announces for the information of 2020 Graduands and the General Public that its 2021 Special Congregation (Virtual) will be held on Thursday, March 11 and Friday, March 12, 2021.
GRADUANDS who completed their Programmes of Study after the last Congregation (September, 2020) should pay GHC 250.00 in Cash at any of the following banks: Ecobank, GCB, UBA, GT Bank, Cal Bank, Republic Bank, Absa Bank, CBG and Standard Chartered Bank.
Deadline for payment and submission of pictures Friday 26th February, 2021.
The graduation fee covers Congregation Publications, Graduation Medals, Certificate Holders, University Souvenirs and Administrative Costs.
Graduands are required to provide the following information at the Bank:
- Programme of Study
- Examination Index Number
- Student ID Number
- Contact Address
- Telephone/ Cell phone Number
- Email Address
Procedure for Registration
Students who wish to be presented for the virtual ceremony will be required to upload a decent portrait picture (in formal/traditional wear) using the students’ portal (apps.knust.edu.gh/students). Deadline for picture upload is Friday, 26th February, 2021.
Collection of Certificates
Graduates are to collect their Certificates at the Great Hall Foyer from Monday, 15th March, 2021 to Wednesday, 31st March, 2021.
Those who are unable to collect their Certificates and Souvenirs during this period should pick theirs from the Examinations Office (Casely Hayford Building) at their earliest convenience.
The University would mount photo booths at Great Hall Quadrangle from Monday, 15th March, 2021 to Wednesday, 31st March, 2021, for interested graduates to take their Graduation Photographs.
