In November 2009, the Provost, Prof. Aboagye together with Prof. Obiri Danso and some Heads of department welcomed the new coordinator of the French Outreach Programme at the French Resource Center to the college. Miss. Joëlle HALLER was introduced by Isabelle BOKHARI, Linguistic Attacheé at the Embassy of France in Ghana.
They were ushered round the multi media, reference library and the tutorial room at the resource center. The coordinator was shown her office and given keys to her residence which was provided by the college. Miss. Joëlle HALLER replaces Virginie DEJOYE.
